How We Sell Homes	What we do different. ​How we address situations that causes homes not to sell and then... How We Get Them Sold. There is much effort on our part in the analysis as well as when we start working for you. Because of this, we only accept a limited number of homes to represent.  We present our findings, review our plan and together decide on the options we will both implement.
Staging	An important part of preparing homes to sell. Some striking examples of small touches and dramatic transformations. An interesting infographic is provided for some thought provoking stats and info (sell faster, sell for more). There are different degrees of staging that may be used:  Sometimes cleaning, de-cluttering and arranging is sufficient. Sometimes bringing in a few pieces for visual impact is sufficient. Sometimes fully staging several rooms may be recommended for some vacant homes.
